```Responsibilities```
- Perform general administrative duties, including billings, contract management, marketing management (online presense, facebook, customer surveys)
- Assist with order entry and cost data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of information
- Type and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports
- Utilize computerized systems and software to maintain records and generate reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support overall office operations
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
