We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Recruiter/Admin Assistant for our location in Tuscaloosa, AL Pay Rate: $16.

The Administrative Assistant/Recruiter assists the Site Leader with administrative duties such as recruiting and safety training and scheduling janitorial assignments.
Essential Job Responsibilities: Recruiting, hiring and onboarding Assisting in orientation of new employees Assisting manager with payroll Scheduling Typing up memos Assist in plant safety inspections Other duties as requested.
Job Requirements: 1 to 3 years of previous recruiting experience Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.

Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be self-motivated Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) strongly desired Proficient skills in MS Office/Excel Bi-lingual desired but not required Must pass background check and drug screen This organization participates in E-Verify
