Travel expectations 0-25% (maybe to Germany)

We need US Citizens or Green Card holder candidates, with 3+ year of professional experience as an Executive Assistance & General Administration Support to the CFO.
Must have a BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or AS with 5+ years strong experience.
German language is a big Plus!

Job Description
Perform all necessary administrative functions to support the CFO in the execution of his/her duties.
Execute and/or initiate implementation of administrative practices and procedures determined by, or in conjunction with Finance Team Members.
Coordinate various projects and work groups as directed by the CFO.
Report on status with respect to real or potential problems, bringing these to the attention of the CEO and Management Team and makes recommendations.
Perform filing of company information for the Finance & Controlling department or forwards the records to the appropriate personnel for filing.
Communicate information between the CFO and staff members, verbally and/ or in writing.
Prepare and coordinate the flow of communication from the Finance & Controlling department within the different departments, staff and/or external allied organizations and entities.
Organize and facilitate meetings for the CFO and outside officials as directed.
Gather and organize information on technical and administration problems or procedures that arise out of these meetings as instructed by the CFO.
Coordinate team meetings and prepares presentation content.
Handle confidential information in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Perform safe work practices and participate in trainings and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws.
Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human Resources.
Work safely 100% of the time.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum level of education
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in:Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
Or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional Experience
A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant professional experience in the following area(s): Business setting within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.

Must maintain a professional demeanor in all situations and be skilled in withholding confidential information.
Must be flexible, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Expert level or Strong MS Office & Outlook skills required
