Pay Grade/Pay Range: 53 Hourly (non-exempt) - $ 15.
00 - $ 16.
72 Department/Organization: 218101 - Dean's Office-School of Law Normal Work Schedule: Varies, can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Summary: The Building Monitor, under moderate supervision, is responsible for monitoring and securing facilities within the assigned division, college or department.
Additional Department Summary: Responsible for monitoring and providing security for the School of Law.
Final Candidates who are not current University of Alabama employees must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to read, write and follow simple oral and written instructions.
Must be able to work with minimal on-site supervision.
Must be able to operate equipment required of the job.
Must be able to walk through facilities to ensure the facilities are secure.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.
S.
driver's license.
Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.
Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
