DISHWASHER BUSSER

Starting day 1 you begin a great training program to learn our policies and procedures to gain the skills that youll need to provide our guests with the fantastic dining experience they expect.
We start our Dishwasher/Busser at $10/hour and up - depending on experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
Specific duties include scraping and pre-rinsing food from dirty dishes and placing them in dishwasher, washing pots and pans by hand and/or machine, removing trash/garbage to dumpster area, washing work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment and floors and guest tables and areas according to all sanitation and housekeeping standards.
May be trained and assigned to do some Prep Cook duties.
Must have good communication skills, reading skills necessary to complete online and on the job training and work well as a member of a team.
We have detailed COVID prevention protocols in our restaurants including mask wearing policies, partitions between tables, disinfectants, regular cleaning schedules, and a COVID Prevention Training Program to provide team members the information and skills needed to protect our guests, other employees, and themselves
