*Lead Line Cook* Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for our guests.
Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with our preparation and execution standards.
Maintain a high degree of standards in cleanliness and sanitation.
Check inventory and review quality of received products.
Delegate cleaning and preparation tasks.
Assist the Kitchen Manager with coordinating BOH schedules and training BOH team members.
Oversee opening and closing procedures.
