*Billing Specialist—Tuscaloosa, AL*
*Description:*
The Billing Specialist’s primary function is to work with internal and external contacts in every aspect of the billing & collections process.
Excellent communication skills are necessary.
The successful candidate will display excellent organization skills and work ethic.
Specific responsibilities include
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and remit specialized client invoicing.
* Gathering documentation for client invoices.
* Resolving billing issues with input from Project Managers.
* Provide internal and external customer service related to the account receivable functions.
* Contact delinquent clients with collection requests.
* Other special projects as assigned.
*Requirements:*
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Excel.
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
* Ability to multi-task and think independently.
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
* Quick books or Vision accounting software knowledge is beneficial.
