Pay Grade/Pay Range: 56 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 31,003.
60 Midpoint - $ 45,302.
40 Department/Organization: 206261 - Alabama Cntr for Real Estate (ACRE) Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall daily administration of one or more programs.
Serves as a liaison between program and other departments or community.
Additional Department Summary: Reporting directly to the ACRE Director of Workforce Development, the Workforce Program Coordinator works cooperatively with the ACRE staff to develop, implement, and assess comprehensive real estate workforce development programming for real estate students.
This position will oversee ACRE's Career Opportunities in Real Estate (CORE) program and Collegiate Career Assistance Program (CCAP).
CORE is a national entry level diversity workforce development certificate program executing tenets of awareness, readiness, and connection.

This position is vital to the overall success of ACRE and our overall effectiveness as perceived by potential and enrolled students/parents, the statewide/national real estate industry, alumni, donors, VIP guests, and our Advisory Board.
This position is part of a small team that executes Center programs and initiatives that have a direct impact on Center operations and the allocation of financial resources.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.
S.
driver's license.
Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.
Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and programs including, but not limited to, word processing, excel and database management software, effective email service usage.
Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
A knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, associations, and organizations and related workforce issues.
Demonstrated commitment to expand multicultural knowledge, awareness, and skills as evidenced through: demonstrating self awareness; understanding and valuing others; demonstrating knowledge of social inequalities; interacting effectively with a diversity of people; fostering equity and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications: Real estate industry and/or workforce development experience preferred Background Investigation Statement: Prior to hiring, the final candidate(s) must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and information obtained from social media and other internet sources.
