lost cockatiel (Tuscaloosa, Alberta area)

Approximate 2.
5 year old male cockatiel.
Very tame and likely went to someone begging for food and attention.
He's harmless and we miss him dearly.
His name is Paco and understands his name when called.
He is a talker.
Missing one toe, from another bird we had, that bit him.
