Rehoming 4 y.o. Longhair cat (Tuscaloosa)

This isn’t easy but I need to rehome my cat Simon.
He is ~4 years old, 17 pounds and an absolute sweetheart cuddler, but unfortunately he does not get along with my older dog.
He would be perfect for a single animal household.
He is litterbox trained, neutered and up to date with shots.
He loves head/neck scratches but not belly scratches so much.
He loves to loaf around and stare out the window but he still gets the zoomies as well.
I’m not trying to just get rid of him so there would be a small $40 fee and a short questionnaire.
