Our home is suitable for a single, mature professional, and/or graduate student.
Your bedroom includes a private space located upstairs.
This includes a furnished bedroom (queen-sized bed, futon, nightstand, TV), private bathroom with linens, and a large walk-in closet.
You will have access to shared spaces in our home, which includes a large, open concept living area, full kitchen, patio, laundry room, Blackstone griddle, smoker, and the neighborhood swimming pool.
Our home is located at the end of the street and surrounded by woods and green space.
This is a very private, quiet, and serene setting! The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, linens, nightstand, lamp, and a TV.
The bathroom is also stocked with linens.
We prefer to rent the room on a month-to-month basis ($750/month), but are also open to shorter stays and will negotiate the price accordingly.
Our Northport home is located just 20 minutes from The University of Alabama campus.
There are no pets or children in the home.
This is a smoke-
free home, also.
Rent includes all utilities, garbage pickup, internet, and community amenities.
We require proof of income.
