Looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed, 1 bath house in the Dominican area, a half block from the college.
You get a very spacious approximately 15’ by 12.
5’ unfurnished bedroom with hardwood floors and a full size closet.
Shared bath (large shower, no tub), full kitchen privileges, washer/dryer, and some use of other areas.
There is a large beautiful deck and a back patio.
Parking is on the driveway (small car best).
Looking for one person who is easy going, reasonably neat, financially responsible, none to light drinker, not a smoker, no drugs, no drama.
Visitors are OK within reason.
