I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/1 bath townhouse style apartment.
Ideally, I'd like to find someone who is reasonably tidy, has a vaguely similar sleep schedule (from ~10-12pm to ~6-8am), and tends to be home over the weekend.
I'm out of town for one or two weekends per month and would love to financially compensate a roommate for feeding my dog while I'm out.
A bit about me: I'm a graduate student in my late 20s.
I study biology (genomics), enjoy hiking and other outdoor hobbies, and have a 20-lb dog (picture of him included)
The apartment is a one-story townhouse, so there's no one above or below.
It has a fenced yard, off-street parking, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer.
The available bedroom is fairly large, with a good number of windows and a closet.
The apartment is less than 2 miles from the UA campus and more than a quarter mile from the train tracks.
Requirements: must be LGBT friendly (I'm trans - FtM); no drugs; no cats, please
Cost: $460 per month, plus utilities split two ways
Prospective roommates could be either male or female.
A dog would be welcome with a monthly pet fee of $30 or so (required by the apartment).
