Hi there! I am a 28-year-old professional.
I'm looking for a studio with a kitchenette OR a room for rent for between $650 and $700 (utilities included) that has access to communal spaces.
My two adorable kitties are my ESAs, so there would be no additional expenses for you or us.
I keep to myself, work two jobs in addition to my full-time job, so I'm always busy.
I adore the outdoors, respect my privacy, and find it admirable when people are self-aware and mindful of other people's needs and personal space.
I can't stand having a sloppy kitchen or common area because I enjoy cooking, that is, when I'm not too tired.
While I'm not a tidy freak, I do dislike things that are left out for more than a day or two.
